i failed miserably today.
and seriously.. i keep wanting to eat.
i think im a freakin PIG.
i'm not even hungry & i wanna eat
CONSTANTLY.

in a bad mood.

i really appreciate ittt.

ive been spending hours on looking at thinspos

and seriously.. i was thinking, "do they EVER eat?"

i feel ashamed of bingingggg.. :(

hopefully i'll be 114 by the end of this week <3

im gonna try harddd

B - slept through.
L - pork, rice, lettuce
oh & no supper for me today!

TIPS:
1. Consider whether you're really hungry. (whenever youre about to eat, ask "am i REALLY hungry?")
2.  Eat less. More often. (small 5 meals)
3. Brush your teeth early. (so you don't feel like eating late at night)
4. Eat vegetables before the main course. 
(so you could get full with less calories )
5. Get used to leftovers. (it's okay to leave food. don't try to finish EVERYTHING)

-dont eat after 4. so NO dinner.
-drink at least 8 cups of water.
-eat a fistful amount of meal.
