B - slept through. L - pork, rice, lettuce oh & no supper for me today!
TIPS: 1. Consider whether you're really hungry. (whenever youre about to eat, ask "am i REALLY hungry?") 2. Eat less. More often. (small 5 meals) 3. Brush your teeth early. (so you don't feel like eating late at night) 4. Eat vegetables before the main course. (so you could get full with less calories ) 5. Get used to leftovers. (it's okay to leave food. don't try to finish EVERYTHING) **************************************************

-absolutely NO binging.
-walk for at least 30 minutes.
-stretch every single day.
-dont eat after 4. so NO dinner.
-drink at least 8 cups of water.
-eat a fistful amount of meal.
-dont eat snacks.
I WANT
-smaller shoulders
-smaller face
-thinner legs/arms
-flat stomach
-so basically, a TINY BODY to fit into skinny jeans, other clothes. because NO CLOTHES LOOK PRETTY ON CHUBBY / FAT PEOPLE.
